Favorite Salad Dressing


This has long been a favorite salad dressing, and my children love it!  It is especially good for you, since it is made with all natural ingredients, is a “raw food”.  We originally heard about this from Paul Bragg, however this recipe is our variation.

Apple cider vinegar is excellent for many purposes, and this is a delicious way to get some in your diet!

Here goes:

1 cup apple cider vinegar, raw

3/4 cup olive oil, unrefined, cold processed

1/2 – 1 teaspoon garlic granules

a couple of pinches of italian seasoning

a squirt (maybe 1/2 teaspoon?) of Bragg’s Liquid Amino acids, or your favorite salt

1 spoonful of raw honey

Mix well in a jar, and stir before each serving to combine the oil and vinegar.  Enjoy!
